Our Communication Commitment

At every visit we generate an email so you can have peace of mind that everything was taken care of. This is in addition to logbook entries.

Visit Reports Include:

Photo must be taken onsite at time of visit or report will not generate
Multiple readings for each body of water so you can know what your pools chemistry was when the Tech left your location
A customized list of services they performed at that visit
Any minor repairs done at time of visit
New items or equipment needed and photos taken of issues
A list of the chemicals that were added to your location (most programs have chemicals included in monthly price already)
